The place is QUIET LITTLE and clean, everything is good, it should have higher than 3 star rating. Location really close to the centre of Ripon, Ripon, the main pub.

I loved every detail here, including staff and location, that were perfect. Bed was comfy, I enjoyed it. They made my stay enjoyable. Found in a nice area. Lucky that it was relatively near Greggs, offering food to go.

Well, the bathroom was smelly and Wi-Fi was very poor.

Really tasty breakfast, unbelievable location, thoughtful personnel. Our twin room was themed and budget, had river view. The staff did all they can for a delightful stay. The markets and the shops were right next door. Also, it was within 10 mins walk to prison and police museum. Covered pool and local beach.

Terrific room, very big beds, clean pool. Staff was thorough for us. There was a clean restaurant, the shops and the markets next door. Great for the money and a brilliant experience: D

It was a fabulous stay, comfortable place. You could walk to the shops and a market. Also, it was 1 km from Spa Gardens.

I recommend you to eat at Costa Coffee, that is set 500 metres away. Perfect location and meaningful prices.
